Governor Wolf Orders Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Corporal Kenneth Stuck

Harrisburg, PA – Governor Tom Wolf today ordered the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Dauphin County lowered to half-staff in honor of Corporal Kenneth Stuck, a United States Army soldier declared missing in action 65 years ago in the Korean War.
