Governor Wolf signed into law a bipartisan bill that reforms asset forfeitures, which are civil proceedings against property that allow law enforcement to take possession of property of certain persons suspected of crime.
Governor Wolf announced the approval of funding to support to 17 municipal stormwater projects in Pennsylvania’s portion of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.
Governor Wolf signed House Bill 217, renewing the commonwealth’s commitment to the safety of its children and increasing penalties for those who carelessly and flagrantly endanger them.
The Wolf Administration’s Department of Health announced that the Pennsylvania Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PA PDMP) is now sharing data with drug monitoring programs in 10 states and Washington D.C.
