According to the National Weather Service, the heaviest rain is expected to fall in northcentral and northeastern Pennsylvania, particularly Sunday evening into Monday.

Governor Wolf Announces Thousands of Roadway Miles Paved, Hundreds of Bridge Projects Initiated this YearOctober 27, 2017
Governor Wolf announced that so far this year, roughly 2,100 roadway miles were paved and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has also put out contracts to preserve, repair, and replace more than 450 state-owned bridges and 18 locally owned bridges, and also completed 20 bridge projects with department forces.
