Governor Tom Wolf Announces Changes to Philadelphia Regional Port Authority Board

Harrisburg, PA – Governor Tom Wolf today announced his selection of Brandywine Realty Trust President and CEO Gerard Sweeney as the new Chair of the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority board. Governor Wolf also appointed six others to the board.

“I am proud to have Chair Sweeney leading this important regional asset,” Governor Wolf said. “His expertise in economic development and market capitalization will be a tremendous resource for PRPA. I’ve selected a number of economic development leaders to serve on the board. Philadelphia’s port is vital to our economic success and these professionals will help the Commonwealth create jobs that pay for middle-class families.”
