Gov. Wolf Orders Flags to Half-Staff to Honor Sen. J. Doyle Corman

December 09, 2019

Governor Tom Wolf ordered the commonwealth flag on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings and grounds fly at half-staff to honor former state Sen. J. Doyle Corman, who passed away December 8, 2019.

“Frances and I share our deepest condolences with the entire Corman family,” said Gov. Wolf. “We are grateful for Sen. Corman’s service and contributions to our commonwealth.”

The commonwealth flag shall be lowered to half-staff until sunset on Monday, December 9, 2019, and on the day of interment, which has not yet been announced. The United States flag is to remain at full staff through this tribute.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
