Governor Wolf Announces Two Company Expansions in Pennsylvania, Creation of 600 New Jobs (Round-Up)

Yesterday, Governor Tom Wolf announced two companies would be expanding their operations in Pennsylvania, a move that will create 600 new jobs.

The governor visited Accolade Inc. in Plymouth Meeting to announce the company’s plans to expand for the fifth time and create an additional 250 jobs.

“Accolade’s decision to choose Pennsylvania as the best place for its fifth expansion over any other location speaks volumes to our highly-skilled and dedicated workforce,” said Governor Wolf. “I applaud Accolade for recognizing and investing in the great talents of our first-class workforce. My budget proposal continues to support companies like Accolade who are dedicated to expanding in the commonwealth and creating good, middle-class jobs for Pennsylvanians.”

Governor Wolf also announced 350 new jobs, as well as the retention of 1,500 existing positions, with the expansion of Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories.

“I am pleased to announce that Eurofins will a significant investment in its Lancaster County campus by expanding its cutting-edge operations in the commonwealth and employing 1,500 hard-working Pennsylvanians with family sustaining jobs,” said Governor Wolf. “Projects like this that utilize the talents of our highly-skilled and dedicated workforce are what will continue to grow our communities and strengthen our economy.”
