Governor Wolf Nominates Allegheny, Erie Residents to Common Pleas Courts

Harrisburg, PA – Governor Tom Wolf nominated two individuals to serve out the remainder of terms on the Court of Common Pleas. If confirmed by the State Senate, both terms would last until the first Monday of January 2022.

Allegheny County
Elliot Howsie, Chief Public Defender for Allegheny County, was nominated to fill the remainder of Judge Donna Jo McDaniel’s term.

Erie County
Marshall Piccinni, Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Western District of Pennsylvania (Chief, Erie Division), was nominated to fill the remainder of Judge William Cunningham’s term.
