Governor Wolf Orders Flags at Half-Staff To Honor Victims of the Attacks in Paris

Harrisburg, PA – In accordance with the President’s proclamation, Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at commonwealth facilities throughout the state lowered to half-staff effective immediately. This is a mark of respect for the victims of the attacks in Paris, France.
“On behalf of all Pennsylvanians, Frances and I extend our deepest condolences to the French people and all those affected by these horrific acts of violence. Our thoughts and prayers are with victims of this heartbreaking tragedy and their families,” said Governor Tom Wolf.
Flags shall remain at half-staff until sunset on November 19th per the President’s order.
Our Pennsylvania State Capitol is also lit up in blue, white, and red to honor the victims of the attacks.
All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
