This week, Governor Wolf continued his “Jobs that Pay” with a visits to the Pennovation Center and Penn Terminals. The governor also announced more than $43 million in funding to support community business development projects and the creation of 183 new jobs in Chester county.

Fighting the opioid abuse epidemic is a top priority for Governor Wolf and his administration. On Wednesday, Physician General Dr. Rachel Levine and Acting Secretary of Drug and Alcohol Programs discussed the Wolf administration’s continued efforts to combat the epidemic, specifically the importance of “warm handoff” protocol.

To celebrate Women’s History Month, the governor and First Lady Frances Wolf hosted an event on Wednesday at the Governor’s Residence to honor Pennsylvania’s female veterans.
