Governor Wolf to Address Industry Leaders, Policy Makers on Strategy, Investment to Sustain Vibrant PA Agriculture Industry
Governor Wolf will address key leaders in the agriculture industry’s public and private sectors, as well as county, state and federal policy makers during Penn State University Ag Progress Days Government and Industry Day Luncheon.
Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding and former Agriculture Secretaries Sam Hayes and George Grieg, U.S. Representatives Dwight Evans and Glenn G.T. Thompson, and numerous state legislators, county officials will be in the audience.
Ag Progress Days, held August 15-17 at the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center in Pennsylvania Furnace, Centre County, is Pennsylvania’s largest outdoor agricultural expo. The event showcases the latest agricultural technology, techniques and trends for more than 40,000 visitors each August.
