Governor Wolf Launches Program to Help Seniors Receive Coordinated Quality Care

Governor Wolf will be joined by Secretary of Aging Teresa Osborne, Acting Secretary of Human Services Teresa Miller, and Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald in Pittsburgh to announce the launch of the Wolf Administration’s Community HealthChoices Program in 14 Southwestern Pennsylvania counties.

Community HealthChoices will officially launch in Southwestern Pennsylvania in January 2018. The program will help seniors remain at home and receive quality health care in their local communities. The program will also offer benefits for people with disabilities, age 21 and older.
