Governor Wolf announced the approval of a Pennsylvania Manufacturing Training-to-Career grant to Robert Morris University (RMU) in Allegheny County designed to provide those seeking jobs, in particular veterans, in the manufacturing sector with the skills they need to gain employment in a competitive global economy.
As many students begin taking the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSAs) this week, changes implemented by the Wolf Administration for this school year are reducing the test by as much as two days, giving students and teachers more time in the classroom for learning.
