Governor Wolf signed into law House Bill 425, House Bill 1452, and Senate Bill 88, which extends liquor license flexibility for restaurants.
Gov. Wolf today issued a statement urging the Senate to pass HB 1154 cleanly and quickly so that cocktails-to-go can remain in place.
With state legislators and Philadelphia city officials joining him, Governor Wolf held a ceremonial bill signing of legislation to crack down on nuisance bars or so-called ‘stop and go’ stores.
Thanks to bipartisan liquor reform, here is a map of more than 400 locations throughout Pennsylvania that now may sell wine and six-packs of beer to go.
An additional reform measure approved by lawmakers and signed into law by Governor Wolf in October helped level the playing field for beer distributors and provide even more options for consumers.
