Governor Wolf commended Attorney General Josh Shapiro and his legal team, who worked with the governor’s administration, for their victory in federal court to get a nationwide temporary injunction against the Trump administration’s move to allow some employers to opt-out of covering contraception for their employees.
Governor Wolf released the following statement on the Pennsylvania House sending Senate Bill 3, a restrictive abortion bill with no exceptions for rape or incest, to his desk.
