Governor Tom Wolf touted the importance of science and technology education while visiting Pennsylvania student teams competing in the FIRST Robotics Competition Mid-Atlantic Championship at Lehigh University. Governor Tom Wolf announced the approval of new funding for Lackawanna College to support the Core Manufacturing Skills Certificate Program, an innovative accelerated training program to create a job-ready manufacturing workforce throughout northeastern Pennsylvania.
